liked the info in the book, but wish he gave more examples, to back up his statements.

I contacted them & asked if I could return the book because there was nothing that meaningful as I already have the information in other books. They said via email to return it to them & all I would be out of is shipping. That was acceptable to me. Than I found out they would not take it back. Shame on me for not doing better research before purchasing. Shame on them for lying.

Is incredible that with my experience at 40 years old I was still taken for a ride with this book. I started reading it and a lot of the stuff here began to make sense. However,what doesn't make sense is the fact that Mr.Trudeau invites you to his website every opportunity he gets to do so. Once you visit his site then you have to become a member supposedly to get access to secret cures. This is so wrong because he says in this book he's not doing this to make money.So if we are to believe him then why doesn't he make this information available for free. We are already buying his book which according to himself has sold millions of copies at an average of $[...] per book. He's a multi millionaire already. So why keep charging people just to be a member of his newsletter.
People this is a scam. I stopped reading the book when he started to offer all these other products you need to have in order to get better health. (a Trampoline?).
I'm glad all I lost was the $[...] plus shipping on this order. I will not pay any attention to this liar anymore. Please research this person on Youtube or google and you will find a lot of information that will help you make a decision not to buy his books.

He has been indited by the Federal Trade Commission, just do a google search! He takes a few vague bits of information that sounds like the truth and twists it into a profit making machine.

A fabulous book, eye opening to the credit card industry. He portays the credit card and lending industry as we should all, as plain evil. He shows consumers the trap consumers fall into and how difficult it is to get out of it. I think this book is a must read for all consumers who want to get out of debt. I don't think that it should be the only book to read about the subject, as there are numerous books on the subject that can complement each other.
I definitely advise anyone who is in debt to get that book as well as "How to get out of debt, stay out of debt and live prosperously" by Jerrold Mundis. Both books are fantastic. One author cannot write the best book ever on a subject, which is why it is important to read a few books as each will have its strengths and wiknesses. I am shocked to see people who criticize so much Kevin Trudeau. I think that a person who criticizes someone should be above him/her. And they should at least do a better job than the one they criticize. Unfortunately I highly doubt that those who trash Kevin Trudeau, wrote a better book on the subject. It is easy to criticize others and trash them, but much more difficult to do better.
So once again this book is an eye opening to all debters. I understand today how easy it is to fall into the trap of the credit card industry, and how eager I am to get out of debt and never use credit card to remain in debt. Credit card companies are evil. They set up people to get into debt and stay in debt. No need to reward them. Obvsiously as consumers we should be smarter, and be careful with what we do when it comes to credit cards. But I understand as well that people are not perfect and have personal issues that may lead them into debt. So fantastic job Kevin Trudeau because he depicted how the evil lending industry is well before this real estate crash. We are in a terrible financial mess because how greedy the lending industry is, and he knew that well before anybody else. What we lack in this country is education and some good people who believe in helping others instead of selling them something they do not need. Which is why we are facing the biggest crisis since the depression.
